A1: It will hold her weight fine but if she's bigger she won't have room. I would say if she's bigger than 45lbs I would find a different one.

A2: Yes I'm 5 '3" it would be perfect for a 5 '1" person too. I love it.
Q3: Does the arm adjust to extend over the table?
A3: The adjustable grooming arm can be adjusted to 31inch over the table. I hope that helps.

A4: Depends on how big the dog is. It is a very good table for large dogs. We are happy with ours.
