At Yaheetech.shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your home furnishings. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via the portal or email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and place all components, hardware, and assembly instructions back into the original packaging to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
